I tend to try and buy brass cased ammo because I reload most rounds I shoot but I have shot aluminum and steel stuff and it seems to run in my guns OK. The one that will sometimes choke on steel is my Older Bushmaster XM15 AR15.

Well, Glockmeister told me 5-7 business days for my BL 43X MOS from the distributor, but it took less than 18hrs. In hand now. I already favor it over my G19 & G43. Both feel fine, but a bit less than ideal. The 43X feels absolutely tailored for my hand.

They told me initially to expect a 6mo wait, but turns out that was the expectation for a White Label. They said Blue Labels aren’t in as high demand since they’re available only to those of us w/ proper credentials, so they’re substantially easier to get ahold of.

No complaints here. I’d been searching for years for a sidearm as near perfect for me as possible, and this definitely feels like ‘The One’. Love my G19 & G43 but they have slight ergonomic shortcomings for me.

The 43X seems to marry the best of the 43 & 19.

Bed rug, ARE bed top, Weathertechs. Little goodies here and there!
Other than a few FTFs ran fine in my p80 9mm for break in. Not sure if it was the gun or the ammo. Didn't bring the Sig to compare. Runs better than steel IMO.

Just ordered an Eotech 512. $349 via PSA. I've been wanting to get another one for a while, so I decided why not. It will find a home on my future 10.5" AR sbr which I am hopefully e-filing for on Tuesday.
Did some extra work the last 3.5 weeks, so used the extra $ to buy the Eotech, two BCA side charge uppers (one will get a heavy barrel and turn into a bolt action, the other will get a 10.5" barrel), and some other misc parts. Just need to decide on the barrels. Thinking maybe Faxon.

True, but it’s the first time in 2 years I’ve seen the shelves full.
