At TOTAL CHAOS, we recommend super lube but a few installation shops have reported success with red bearing grease.

I used to use Super Lube & all was fine until I got your coil bucket gussets installed. Then it sqeaked no matter what lube I tried that I had. Finally I switched to Daystar Lubrathane & that cured the squeaking.

Actually I tried ES Formula 5 before Lubrathane & that cured the squeaking also but it doesn't come in tubes for grease guns. Too tacky & messy to manually fill a grease gun with it.

Have you tried Prothane super grease? It's incredible stuff. Extremely tacky. I have super lube, but it tends to separate from the thickening soap while in container so I don't use it for suspension. Nice video by the way!

I've always used the high temp red bearing grease and never had any squeaking or problems. My use of this comes from many years ago ago when I used to work as a commercial fisherman and we used this stuff for everything with great success.
