    I agree with this...

OP, do you plan to go LT at all or just want the wider look? I think the 2 inch look is great if you want it to cover some of your tires, but if you plan to go LT eventually then I would get the 4 inch wider fenders.

Ah ok, if that's the case I would just get 4 inch fenders...if I had to rate them in order

    • Advanced Firberglass Concepts (Formerly glassworks) under new management, they are known for updating their molds so the fitment is solid, but a little expensive compared to the others.
    • McNeil, slightly cheaper than Advanced, but some folks have had hit or miss gripes with their products, they make nice thick panels like Advanced, but I think Advanced is more consistent
    • Fiberwerx, Decent company although I have heard a lot of inconsistencies with their stuff...I think his relative runs McNeil fiberglass so they have really similar molds. I would go with the other two before hitting up Fiberwerx
    • Road Runner fiberglass, they are the cheapest dudes in town by a long shot although their fiberglass is going to be of a thinner construction than the others and they ship greyhound without a pallet and just use strong packing wrap so expect some chipping. That said, they tend to make their stuff a few days out so they fit pretty well and I have their fenders. I know they arnt the most crisp looking ones out there, but for about half the cost between shipping and the fenders I got no complaints.
Hope that gives you some perspective. I got the TC 3.5 kit on mine and the 4 inch is perfect for that application.

Anyone know the the over all width of the 4” fenders is right next to where they begin in the front. Trying to figure out how wide the bumper needs to be and I don’t have the fenders yet

I had a good body shop paint mine that I trust. I would def mount and fit your fenders before getting them painted. When calling them just make sure they are aware you have glass fenders with a gel coat that will lijely have imperfections. Most times shops have to work on the gel coat sanding it up a bit which takes a little more prep than a pristine sheet metal panel that is already good for paint if that makes sense.

Most shops that deal with body kits will be familiar with glass.
