    2016 Tacoma “Texas Edition”?
    Hey Guys, new owner here.
I was in the market for a toyata and got a really good price a on 2016 Tacoma “Texas Edition”. 2WD with the V6. WHAT EXACTLY DOES EVEN MEAN? Is there anything else special about this Edition?

From what I understand, this is a SR5 With some fancy badges and bigger wheels.

Also, I plan on some “pre-runner”-ish upgrades for the suspension. I live in the city and don’t get much dirt, but I want it to look good. (Better, I love how his truck looks) Any pointers would help! I’m brand new to the truck world, so please forgive my ignorance in anything I ask 682C97D3-AAA6-4753-A046-D7BA2E8838ED.jpg

    Welcome

Down here in FL we have the “southeast toyota” XSPs, XPs, and rockstar editions. As you said they are 2wd SR5s with different wheels and graphics, sometimes bolt on fender covers. You can get a simple SR5, then whatever wheels and tires you like via 3rd party. Then sell your stock ones to offset them few hundred, Somebody will buy them. Then hit up @amirak , he’s got all kind of graphics no dealer’s have. They sell those “editions” new for quite a price hike close to $40k, well over the price of a TRD model, even some 4wd.

I should have been a bit clearer, haha. I bought it a few months ago The price I bought it for was definitely worth it if the markup was really that high

    Nice truck!

I vote you remove the chin spoiler on the front to make it more truck-like :)
