What exact Radiator should I order?

My Radiator was made 11/18/1999. Being in Texas I'm sure it's time to change it out. Especially with over 220K. My vehicle is a 2000 Tacoma TRD/SR5/Pre-runner. My OEM radiator has on the top 412-PA66-GF25<
Which one should I order from the link, as I want to be dead sure it's the right one.
Any Guru's wanna chime in?

What does L/Cap mean? Mine is on the drivers side with the reservoir.
