I had a 2006 for almost 10 years (2007-2016) and sold it on a bit of a whim as I wanted something with an open roof. I didn't regret selling it for probably the first 2-3 years, but within the last 1-1.5 years I find myself missing it more and more. Mine was fairly mild, a simple Pro-Tuned Stage 2 with a bunch of Defi gauges and a mild audio setup, but it was clean and had somewhat low miles (63k when I sold it). Last I checked it had over 100k on it and is seeing winter again.

I told my wife I don't plan on selling the Vette, but I kinda want an 09-14 WRX hatch. Probably 2-3 years ago I saw a WRB 2008-09 STi with a slightly sketchy CarFax for 10k and it got me thinking. Pandemic pricing has hit these cars somewhat hard, so a narrow hatch is more likely than anything, but a set of 5x100 STi BBS and a mild drop would be all I'd need at this point in time.

 

This is the truck my Tacoma replaced. 2008 Ranger. The thing is dangerously rusty but still runs incredibly well. It's going to live the rest of it's life out at the cabin doing dump and lumber runs and general work around the property. I didn't want to just send it to the crusher.

I just put the stock Goodyears on with some D window steelies. Replaced the 235/70/15s with 265/70/16s

Do they rub? Yes. Is the hub bore the wrong size? Yes. Do I care? Nope. Does it look awesome? Yes.

 

Like they say My Other Car is a AWD 2021 Challenger GT and I love driving it at 70 years of age. Gets around great in the snow too. Took these on my place why I also needed a 2022 4x4 Toyota TRD. Be here in a few says

I call them the Germans and the Taco. The truck is a blast, we both love driving it, even though it is down 300+hp vs either of the other two, it is just so fun, especially when on dirt

 

Chevy Volt got me carpool lane access the first few years for my 40 mile SoCal commute. The carpool stickers expired in 2019 so now it just gets me around without having to buy $5 fuel. It's been to the gas station exactly twice in 2021 (8.x gallon tank) and I've put close to 12k miles on it even during the work from home times.
