I'm hearing a humming/vibration sound coming from the right front and a vibration in the truck not rubbing I've checked very thoroughly to see if it was running and its not

I don't think I've ever heard a sound from wheels being unbalanced. Usually it just vibrates or moves the steering wheels..... Maybe your rotors are warped from over-tightening or bad rotors. If it's audible, I'd check the bearings while the wheels is off, check for play or unusual sounds.

Jack the truck up and spin the wheel. Usually if it's bad bearing you can feel it in the spring. Kind of weird but it works.

Could it be a bearing at 50k though?

It really vibrates noticeably between 40-50 and quits below 10-15

Most likely a balance issue, as these suspensions in stock configuration are very light so if the tires are not road force balanced, you will likely feel it.

Make sure your wheel bearing's are checked and nothing else odd may be going on with your suspension before you do anything though.

I just replaced my drivers side bearing at just under 60k. there was about 3/4" of play when the mechanic rocked the wheel back and forth. given, Ive got a 6" lift so that may or may not contribute to the accelerated wear..

My money is on balancing/misalignment. I'd also be double checking all my lugs were tight.
Bring it in, get them to print off a sheet with your camber, caster, toe, etc. Could be out of whack.

Dad is gonna take it for me and let me borrow his truck since I don't have much vacation time and get them to check the balance now these are 285/75/16 BFG KOs which I've heard are hard to balance and the guy is gonna check the bearing again because he checks them on every car as the tires are put on crossing my fingers that's the problem

Just had it aligned (Firestone) about an hour ago and the guy heard it and said it was the tread but only road in the truck up to about 20 mph after I had drove off and heard it couldn't hear it before cause of the tire rubbing the control arms be cause of the bad alignment

Sounds like out of balance to me. Kinda like a washing machine, no problem with an unbalanced load in the wash cycle but when it goes to spin/dry you will notice it.
