What Did You Name Your Toyota??

Hey all,

I was wondering if people thought it was weird to anthropomorphizes your own Truck by giving it a name. What did you name your truck? Or why did you not name it? (please feel free to rant) Mine is named "Tali"

 

mine doesnt have a human-like name. But people have named bith the trucks ive had in my life. the first on was a 91 toyota pickup that everybody called "the dolphin" because its alarm sounded like a dolphin. my new(er) truck everybody calls "the turtle" because of its color (green). coincidentally my the turtle is faster than all my friends trucks but hey wudev i think its funny. so i have a couple turtle ornaments in there...

 

hmm. never thought of a name. i named are yamaha rhino. white Rhino. because it’s white. lol.

 

I think I will call mine

TRUCK

 

"Tacoma"

 

I call mine Smokey cause of the color. My other truck was called Hot Tamale because it was red and hot.

 

My S-10 was usually called Dime Bag or Stan the Man even tho it's a pos. My Tacoma hasn't been offically named, but I've been calling it the Hornet or Neptune's Spear. It's become a thing with my friends and I that we name each other's vehicles, it's like a call sign for naval avaiators, your friends choose that name it's usually based off an embarrasing event and there's nothing you can do about it.

 

I feel like I'd name mine Betsy, or Beryl......something awesome like that

 

My friends all call mine the "T-BAG" cause they couldnt come up with something better than combining toyota and scumbag.

 

my trucks name is Ashley....cause its sexy

on a side note i was thinking about starting this exact same thread about three days ago

My truck is desert sand mica with the base flares, hence "black and gold".

Wife named it "Drew".

I know this is going to sound mushy but I named her after my wife...Mary...and the reason i did is she allowed me to get her...And you who are married are full of #$%t if you say your wife did not allow you to do the same..haha
