What are some good light weight bumpers?

for a 3 rd gen, i just don't wanna kill my mpg and have the mounts crack if i send too hard bc i don't wanna add broken bumper the the list of broken things. currently i like the c4 fab hybrid warfab for the front but i don't know much about rears. so feel free to show me what your runnin and other options we have.

flat in the bed with a 3 point ratcheted tie down.

 

The Phantom is definitely at the top of my list when the time comes for a rear bumper.

 

If you decide to keep the spare wheel under the truck, will it interfere with the bumper in anyway?
