I’m looking into the anytime locker since my old t100 I swapped a mechanical lsd on the back and absolutely loved it but the new tacomas are only in 4 low and it’s a bit of a let down with that, anyway I wanted to know if any of you guys have installed them and which ones you think are the best overall. Thanks!

experimental designs kit is cleanest install imo being able to retain the factory locker switch

Ask does this one lock thru the factory button? I’ve seen the other ones where you have a separate button for it.

yes. factory switch. with both kits you lose the dash light. experimental gives you a little blue led indicator in its place. in installed in a blank switch spot

IMG_1804.jpg I went with the experimental designs option, it works well. It was nice to be able to use the locker in 4hi on the sand dunes.

I put my indicator light next to my switch panel in the sunglasses holder.

Is the wire that connects to the light long enough or do I need to extend the wire to have it be able to connect in the roof consel?

I’ll probably go with this brand to but mount the indicator in the lower switch panel….it looks like it can be removed from that switch plate.

Same question on the indicator light….long leads or splice?

It was long enough to go from behind the glovebox, through the column, and to the sunglasses holder.
