Westin Brush Guard with winch plate

Just added a Westin Brush Guard and Winch Plate to my 2019 Tacoma Off Road. Awesome product, any questions on install be free to ask.

I like it, I got the westin HDX which isn't compatible with the winch tray supposedly. But I beg to differ! I have room to drill holes and mount it in my style. Could you do me a huge favor and measure your winch tray length for me?? and the depth also? Would really appreciate it!
Also post a pic with the winch!

 

Just saw one of these setups on a dodge and the guy driving it said it’s a weak setup won’t work well for pushing animals and not a strong connection for pulling with winch.

How had your experience been so far?

 

OP hasn't been back in 4 years.
Those things are made to push looks, and maybe the occasional blade of grass, that's about it,, just look at how they are mounted.

 

Ya, not strong enough for a big stinky broken down Dodge..... But more than good enough for a midsize truck.

 

how much do one of those weigh?

 

Not enough for the scrap value to buy you a modest lunch.

OTOH, it's pretty heavy for how it's attached and the little to nothing it will actually protect.
