One of my classmates in high school found a live hand grenade in some pasture ground they had just bought in Nebraska. The pin was still in tact! This all happened within 2 miles of my high school.

back around 1970, I was playing in the garden, just being a little kid, when I found a spear head. I have investigated and found it was what is called a Genesi point, made by the Genesi indians about 3500 to 4000 years ago. It is in perfect condition and about three inches long. It was quarried from around the Lake Champlain area, I found it in Natick, Massachusetts.

Found a tent, camp chair and case of beer. I still have the tent, it's pretty nice. When we found the tent it was in pieces but they were all there.

along the palisades cliffs along the hudson river, there were about 15 houses along the cliffs about 100 years ago and there r still some remains.. a cement in-ground pool in the middle of the woods will never look normal no matter how many times u see it

Up in the hills of the san fernando valley...near L.A....they used to film M.A.S.H. my buddies and i would go up there and drink...bullshit...well there were old army jeeps and parts of the mess tents scattered around. Mostly stripped and rusted stuff but kinda cool. this is I think 15-20 years after their last show. No pics unfortunately.
Also, while mountain biking in the hills above malibu,ca. My buddy and I came across 4 porn stars....unfortunately, security asked us to leave before we could pull our shorts off. We ride those hills looking for whores ever since....not really, but would be nice.

I live on area's where some of the most gruesome battles of the Civil war were fought so I've found tons of minie balls, Rifle bullets, coins, a belt buckle, shirt buttons, canon ball, and other miscelanious things that I believe hold their history in the Civil war era.

Found an old jet ski in the woods while 4wheeling back in high school. A cows head washed up on the beach where I work. Also found a late model TRD Offroad 16" wheel in the back woods of NC, sold it for $50.

Sorry not too much woods around here. Best discovery I've had lately was in my 2-flat in Chicago, built in 1914. I was rehabbing one of the kitchens, and found this, stuck behind a piece of door trim. Perfect condition, except one of the corners was stuck under some paint, and tore off.

Gotta dig the name of the standard cars, the Tudor and the Fordor. That would be the two door and the four door.

No pics as it was a long time ago and probably would have gotten taken away anyways. But in '90 while riding my bike on a trail at Fort Wainwright Alaska, I flipped over what looked like a big pipe that the rain had uncovered. I saw something that had color on it so I brushed it off, to reveal a US Flag painted on it. I then pulled some weeds off of it and saw that it had a disctint shape, so I went and got my dad. When he came and looked at it, he called the MPs. Turned out I had found a bomb that had been jettisoned from a plane into the woods. They told us they would let us know about the status of it (live or training. ha training yeah right). Never got a call or letter, it never even made it to the papers from what I was told. Probably because it was only like 50 yards from base housing and on a trail that was regularly used by bikes and joggers...... Thank God I never saw that flash of light....
