It's called "Roof Drip Molding." Here's a PN for a double cab (I think): 6126204010. I'm not sure the left and right are the same.
Mine kept blowing off. I cleaned the channels out and now go "molding-less." I think the truck tracks straighter now, too :)

Each LH and RH side is its own unique P/N, sold separately, and they are NOT the same (I know firsthand as I just recently replaced mine on my access cab). OP's access cab should use P/N 7555204051 Roof Drip Molding (Left) and 7555104051 Roof Drip Molding (Right), but as I always recommend wherever you order them from double check that those are indeed the correct P/Ns for your truck by entering your VIN.

As far as where to purchase them I always recommend going straight through Toyota's parts website at parts.toyota.com. See if you have any local dealers who sell online through there as a lot of them will offer a significant discount (30% or more!). If so, just order online and pick them up locally. If not, just order from any non-local dealer offering a discount and have them shipped (Toyota has been running a free shipping promo all summer for orders over $75). Plus, going this route you don't have to worry about getting counterfeit OEM parts.

Finally, unless you want your new drip moldings to eventually look like your old faded ones, I'd recommend keeping them covered with some type of UV protectant.

After removing my oem roof rack and going to a martin roof rack I refused to spend the 200 bucks the dealer wanted. Just left them off. Can't even tell.

have you tried back to black on them? Mine looked like crap also, and that stuff did a really good job at bringing them back, or for about the same amount of money add an OEM roof rack...nvm...you have an access cab I just noticed.

Go to your local auto parts store and try one of those rubber restore treatment on them. It might look good enough to keep them for a few more years.

I have wrapped these in black vinyl on other cars to avoid buying new ones. Cheap fix that looks good.
