Weather stripping around windshield coming off

I noticed the weather stripping coming off on the top passenger side. I'm wondering if this is something that can be easily fixed or do I need a windshield repair tech? Thank you

 

You need a windshield repair tech. At least go to a windshield replacement facility and ask that somebody take a look and then tell you what it would cost for new rubber all the way around.

If the rubber is cracking and dry in one place, it's cracking and dry in others as well. Better to have the windshield reseated than to fight leaks...

That window molding is there for appearance and wind noise reduction. The glass has a bead of urethane around it to prevent water entry. If the cost of replacement by a professional seems to high, you can use some silicone adhesive to re-adhere it.
