Water is leaking in at the top of my passenger door while in the high pressure car wash. The seal looks fine. Has anyone experienced this? It's a 2017 Tacoma SR5 Double Cab.

Are the rubber seals wrinkled or anything?

I have had water trapped in between, never came completely through. Just annoying to get wet when getting in or out.

Check the upper corner, I have seen a few where the weather strip let loose. Not glued very well. 3M weather strip adhesive at auto parts store.

How wet is the carpet getting, just a couple drops getting in or is it gushing thru?

Isn't there only one thing between the door and the body in that area? The seal that 'looks fine'?

It can look fine and be too small.

I’ve had trickle wetness high pressure passenger side car wash. Have only noticed few times. No residue. Checked weather stripping, tight and no noticeable rub marks. I can’t find the place, but I’m not really concerned as I’ve felt this in other vehicles.

My weather stripe traps a lot of water when I wash my truck.
