I just have factory wheels, but looking at the width and backspacing of factory wheels here:

    http://www.partsgeek.com/gbproducts...lUABi_QNASa01mS7FDwaAudr8P8HAQ&ad=47433949212

It looks like factory wheels are 7" wide with 5.5" backspacing, meaning the center line of the tire is offset inboard about 2.0" from the wheel mounting surface with the factory wheels.

The black steel wheels you posted are 8" wide with 4" backspacing, meaning the center line of the tire is approximately inline with the wheel mounting surface, so your tires will stick out about 2" more than if they were mounted on factory wheels. Obviously if you put wider than factory tires on, half that width is added to sticking out from the fenders as well. Seems like a reasonable choice if you don't mind them sticking out slightly, you could get some 4.5" or 5.0" if you want less sticking out.

    Cheers.

I just got these wheels on my 2017 Tacoma TRD OR. They're 16" with do not clear the caliper and I painted them so I couldn't return. I first got 1" spacers but I didn't like how much they stuck out past the fender so I ordered 1/2" shims to try next.

At least the Force is strong with your center caps. Good luck with the 1/2" shims, hope it works out for you... The wheels look good!
