Hey y’all! I’m thinking of wrapping my mirrors. I tried to look around he forum a bit but couldn’t find answers to the questions I have!

My main question is how much vinyl you need to buy for both mirrors?

And my second question is: is there a thread or has someone done a walk through of this?

    Thx!

    None as of yet
Just look up vinyl wrapping on YouTube for tutorials. You want a sheet just larger Than the surface being covered.
Amazon should have 1'x1' sheets which should cover it. If not you can just get a larger one and cut it down to size yourself and get lots of extra for multiple attempts or to wrap other details.

one of the hardest things to wrap. use a pre stretch technique for the best results.

If you're just trying to get rid of the chrome, OEM painted to match mirror covers aren't crazy expensive.

Looks like you have an MGM, but if not, you can find every color on eBay. Also pay attention to whether the cover is for turn signals or non-turn signal versions.

Edit: Also, try searching the part numbers listed in the eBay ad and you'll find them even cheaper.
