I have a new 2020 TRD OR 4x4 Double cab.
Recently put a 2/1.5 level on it. Ive been watching out for vibrations like people describe but I've had none of the usual (rear end, steering wheel, etc)
My gas pedal vibrates though, I can't remember if it always has before the level because I wasn't paying attention to it.
My gf drives with me a lot and she says it feels the same to her in the passenger seat and has also driven it and said it feels similar to her car (Mazda cx5, can feel a vibration but didn't think it was out of the norm)

Maybe I'm being hyper sensitive to it because I'm watching for vibes.

Is gas pedal only vibrations typical of any of the driveline issues after a lift?

My CV angles haven't changed a lot. It looks like the fins are touching but I can slide my license in between that area at 6 o clock.

I've read on here that a lot of people have said some 3rd gens have a vibrating gas pedal.

I didn't do a diff drop or carrier bearing spacer. I do have the diff drop kit and can order the carrier bearing spacer easy enough.
I was told the driveline vibration was more like a knobby tire sound/feel or like light rumble strips.
    This vibration is VERY subtle

    What speed?

Put it in 4WD and see if the vibe is still there, then report back.

Pretty consistent across all speeds, and also during 4H

My non-lifted 2018 has gas pedal vibrations. I remember reading last year that the fix is to put sound deadening mat around the mounting point of the pedal. The vibration is just the sheet metal flexing.

Are they strong enough vibrations that it's quite noticeable all the time?

I also have shims for the rear blocks that I didn't install.
Could that cause vibrations in the front end or would that be something I'd feel from the rear?

Mine too. I'm taking it in to the dealer tomorrow to have my rust proofing/undercoating protection warranty stuff done. So I'll ask them to take it for a ride and see if they notice anything abnormal.

They will notice, then they will tell you its normal. Your best bet is to unbolt the pedal, slide a small sheet of noico sound deadener under the pedal mount, then bolt it back down.

But I will be interested to hear if they want to do anything about it.

There are certain things we have gotten used to here at tacoma world, and the first thing is that the dealer will tell you "normal operation" for just about everything short of a engine fire.

This is the exact response that I just received from my dealer. It's absolutely ridiculous that I spent over 45k on a new truck and have to deal with a vibrating gas pedal.

Sounds exactly the same after a buddy did a 3'' lift to his 2019 trd. He kind of knew what it needed but didn't want to put any more money to correct the problem, instead he put it back to the stock height this spring. It still has very some slight pulsing vibrations, but nowhere as bad as before,

your needle bearing is probably bad. you install the ECGS clamshell bushing? i would try and install a clamshell and see if the vibrations go away

    A few.
My 2019 had some vibration in the pedal when new when I first got it. That, like a couple other things, went away after a short time of getting broken in
