I need some help. I'm not the greatest at wiring. I've got a Viair compressor that I dont know how to wire it to my auxbeam switch panel. The compressor pulls a max of 23 amps. He auxbeam panel has 2 30 amp connection spots available. So I know the switch panel can handle the amp draw. Just don't know how the compressor and pressure switch connector up to the control box. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Remains to be seen I bought the tires and wheels the rest came along
Will the switch just disconnect power to the compressor to keep it from running when you don`t want it to??

All you need do is break the circuit from the compressor to the power source with the proper circuit protection in the circuit.

The pressure switch does the same thing opens the circuit for the motor.

If you need a Schematic drawn send me a PM

same, at 23 amps you would need a remote switch and relay setup.

This is a great idea. I have a BlueSea in that spot, but there should be another spot in the engine compartment to accommodate.

Curious to bring this back... I have a Vivitar compressor and Auxbeam switch panel. I wanted to assume that, like adding lights, I can just plug the negative and positive lines into another switch position in the Auxbeam fuse box and call it a day.

I did just this and I seem to get no power when I switch it on from the Auxbeam panel.

    What might I be missing?!

I don't have the Auxbeam but I believe the first obvious question is did you use either of the 2 button locations that can support up to 30 amp draw? There are only 2 out of 8.

Also what gauge wiring did you run from the Auxbeam to the inflator?

That is a great question... all spots looked the same with just select fuses that can be changed and 30a relays in all positions. I'll have to double check the gauge of wire, but it's the wire that is already installed in the compressor that normally has the battery clamps.
