What is the difference between BATT voltage and battery voltage?

Battery voltage seems to be about 0.1v to 0.2v less.

Perhaps one is specific to the alt while the other is the ECU value? Here's some related info from a quick search: https://www.tacomaworld.com/threads/ecu-voltage.646376/
