I erroneously thought I had posted the shift knob below also, but obviously I hadn't. I believe I paid over $80 for this shift knob from Joel Ellis at ellisprecision. I learned of him when I bough an FJC back in 2010 and joined fjcruiserforums.com--$50.00 $45.00 + SH
    $50.00 INCLUDING shipping.

*EDIT* Revised prices in text. However, this is as low as they'll go.

    **EDIT EDIT** Prices again revised.

*PHOTO EDIT* Added photo of catch can with lid off

Depending on your location I would consider $75 shipped.

The actual mirror replacement is something a 9-year old could do, no lie. It's the wiring that takes patience, although it, also, isn't really that hard.
The actual "mirror" replacement is fairly easy. Just loosen the small hex-head bolt holding the mirror to the bracket, unhook wiring (if so equipped), then remove mirror. Install is just the reverse of removal. I don't know if all trucks have the requisite wiring, but if it does it will be above the overhead console. That isn't nearly as hard to remove as it would seem. I would give it a 3 out of 10 difficulty. If you don't have wiring for the mirror then someone more knowledgeable in the electrical arena would need to step up. I'm not sure how difficult running the required wires would be. I hard-wired a dash cam and if wiring a rear view mirror is anything like that it would be a pita.

Not much, but I hope that helps.

I apologize. I thought I had my custom knob in the ad and I don't. I will get you a shipping quote for the OEM shift knob tomorrow.
