Anyone know where I can get an OEM or aftermarket VSV? I looked everywhere online and can’t seem to find one for the second gen trucks. Thanks.

I'm assuming you mean this one? Although that is considered the left side of the engine.

That would be the most likely suspect with those codes, it's very easy to test.
With the engine running and the valve unplugged electrically there should be no vacuum present at the port facing away from the engine, with the valve plugged in and commanded on there should be vacuum.

I have the same code pair for my ‘05 Prerunner. It’s been persistent since I bought it. Replaced gas cap w aftermaket and Oem and it continues despite focused effort to properly twist the cap. Dealer had it for a day and said they did some sort of test. Should I have my local PNW dealer try to find this?

Check the purge valve as described in post #9, if that's good and there are no obvious broken hoses and the charcoal canister isn't cracked then the system will need to be checked for leaks with an EVAP smoke machine.

Interestingly, I believe that leak check has been done once already. Granted in so cal with warmer temps. Truck was an Arizona resident before I got it so a dried and cracked hose might be the culprit here.

I mean typically with those 2 codes it's either a leak somewhere in the system or a problem with the leak detection pump unit which is part of the charcoal canister.
