This may be helpful if you are ever turned down for warranty work because you are using a non-OEM part.

Hayundai, Sony, Nintendo, among others have been warned by the FTC for violating the Magnuson-Moss warranty act for voiding warranties of consumers that don't do repairs using OEM products and even for removing “warranty void if removed” stickers from their products.

Hayundai went so far as to write “the use of Hyundai Genuine Parts is required to keep your Hyundai manufacturer's warranties and any extended warranties intact.”

Interesting! So would this protect Toyota owners with after market lifts?

As long as it doesn't affect the fit, form, or function, then yes. But an aftermarket lift affects two if not all three of those.

Toyota wont be able to void your warranty unless your mod or non-OEM part was the direct cause of the defect or damage.

Glad the FTC did this; had a Hyundai before a falling tree top wasted it, and I got my current Tacoma.
Hyundai was always very loose on actually honoring their so called warranty.
