Upgrading head unit on 2017 Tacoma

2017 Toyota Tacoma SR5 double cab

3in front and 2in rear lift

I have a 2017 Tacoma with the non jbl head unit. I purchased a new head unit from a 2020 tacoma that has carplay. I am trying to install it but the plugs are completely different. Where can i find the harness to make it plug and play? Has anyone had experience doing this? new unit is the first picture and old unit is the other 2 pictures
