Need some advise. Had my H16 foglight assemblies(2) on my TRD Sport replaced with the wide angle OR H11 foglight assemblies. Also upgraded my H11 light bulbs to GE megalight ultra + 130 to match my low beam headlights. The foglights are bright but hot to the touch after a few minutes of being on. I have only had them yesterday, so I also would like to find out if they are OK as such or should I worry about having the foglight housing melted or worse have the wirings or fuses fried. The wiring plugs for the H16 fits nicely to the H11. Also needs to know if the foglight wirings on the OR the same as the Sport having the H16 fogs. Thanks.

    Get Lexus/Tundra led fogs
OR are rated for 55wt bulb. H16 -19wt.
    Wiring is the same.
I did exact same swap about 12 months ago and no issues. However, I have a bit weaker bulbs in them h11 x-tremevision +100

    Thank you, Vlady.
Glad to know that the wirings are the same. I did replaced the housing with the wide angle ORs. I will definitely be looking into your suggestion of replacing them with the Lexus/Tundra LED fogs. Thanks again and have a good day and weekend.

From the reading I’ve done so far, if you replaced with the Tacoma wide angle fog assemblies made for H11, they should be rated for 55W according to my 2019 owners manual. No need to replace if that’s correct.
