Hey there, I'm pretty new to trucks in general so forgive if this is a dumb question.

I've got a 1998 5-lug 4cyl (2.4) mini and and trying to get a little bit bigger A/T tires, this truck is stock everything and has 14 inch wheels. My question is if anyone knows if I can simply get a bigger rim (15 inch) for the truck? Apparently I should be able to fit 225/75/15 tires on this truck with stock suspension from what I've read
I am currently running 215/70/14 tires.

I've attached a screenshot of the rim I'm thinking about getting

Following this thread, I like these wheels and I just want to bolt them on my 97 5-lug and forget about them. OP, keep this posted on your progress.

No, they do have a 5 lug version of that wheel.

I just got some Mazda 3 steel wheels that I bought on Facebook marketplace for $80. They are 16”. Put Toyo all terrain 215/70 R 16 on. Fit great and look great. The 225/75 was way too big and scraped. BTW the big issue is the center bore which is 66.1 mm. I had bought some Honda CR-V rims but even though the 114.3 bolt pattern was correct the center bore was only 60.1 mm.

Did you end up changing them? I want to put the 14inch rims on mine. Would you be interested in selling them?

I put a set of Highlander 16” alloy wheels on my 5-lug 1994 pickup with 235/60/R16 FP7000 tires. 1.5” wheel spacers in the front and 1” spacers in the rear.

The Highlander 2001-2007 bolt circle is the same as the 1994 Pickup 5-lug.

Works nicely for me and the cornering is outstanding. Added a rear sway bar with PU bushings front and rear.

I had them powder coated locally.
