Yes they are plug and play, they are also available in black instead of chrome. You can see the review here, listed with the part numbers for black and chrome: Toyota LED fogs

They are a great budget upgrade if you don't mind the 6000k color temp. For a little bit more you can get the Diode Dynamics SS3 sports, which are quite a bit better, and available in 6000k or selective yellow. Review here: Diode Dynamics SS3

Can someone who has the black bezel upload a pic? I’d like to compare the chrome vs black.

Diode Dynamics Elites > OEM if you're looking for better output that with a stock appearance that's still pnp. They're fantastic.

Morimoto XB vs OEM LED fogs.
    IMG_0723.jpg

The OEM LEDs are 13% higher in output intensity over Morimoto while costing less and being of higher build quality.

Diode Dynamics Elites selective yellow vs white
    IMG_0725.jpg

Diode Dynamics Elites white are about 2.2x higher output intensity than the Morimoto XBs. But most importantly the Elites are available in selective yellow, which is far higher performing in actual fog and poor weather conditions.

All the fogs are plug and play.

That picture comparison is bullshit, my morimoto’s spread a beam the width of a runway. Look at the two photos and the backgrounds are different, probably the distance and zoom as well.

The pictures are not the measured data comparison and are nothing more than a picture for logging in the app. The Morimotos were part of the initial testing batch where the photo also was intending to capture the power reading in addition to the beam style. In those photos there is a pillar obstruction on the right behind the power supply. The other review posts have head on photos and wider angle area photos.

But from the table below, you can look at more measured data. Both OEM LED and Elite LED are wider than the Morimotos, and higher in output intensity.

I’m not talking about the data, the photo. I HAVE those lights and they look nothing like that picture.

No explanation needed….. mine don’t look like that. If they did they’d already be in the trash.
I’m not referring to any data, just beam pattern.

How is the light output and beam pattern compared to the halogen fogs?
