I had a Tyger on my Tundra for 2 years. When I got my Tacoma in Feb, I went with Tyger again. Can't be beat for less than $200

They all leak a little bit, including the OEM tri-fold soft top. Great suggestion by @betrayus regarding the bed mat.

I have had the Tyger for about a year. I really enjoy it. Wanted something cheap since I live in AZ and almost anything gets destroyed by the sun, but this one still looks like new from a year ago. I do like that it can completely roll up as well since we camp in the bed of the truck.

I just installed a tyger trifold on my short bed last week. It was very easy to install, looks good, and so far no leaks (it rained heavy the day after I put it on). Can't beat it for the price.

Not exactly answering your question, but I was in a similar boat and ended up getting a softopper and really like it.

I didnt like the idea of a folding tonneau because of the short bed and didn't really like the tarp-like roll up ones either. I really liked the retrax style but couldnt quite justify the ~2k price.

Tyger t1 (roll-up) has been great for the price. As water tight as any similar product I've had on previous trucks. I don't worry about rain or car washes with gear in the bed. As others have said a bed mat helps by allowing drainage.

I prefer roll-up to folded style as it maximizes space when stowed.

Just ordered the Tyger T1 for mine. For the price you can't beat it. Also has the cross supports so it's not just a trampoline like the other cheap covers. Grabbed the Pop and Lock automatic tailgate lock as well. Really annoying that Toyota doesn't seem to care about adding that feature as a standard option. Maybe $40 in cost on their end on a $40k+ truck and they can't be bothered...

x2, same top, same minor leaks in heavy downpours. I don't have a bed mat but will before winter. Hoping it stands up to snow-load well as my wife's RAV4 will get the garage this winter.

I did install the little pads in the front cab corners but never did the tailgate weatherstripping.

EDIT: I have the SFX actually. Not sure if there is much difference.

I have tyger soft tri-fold, no complaints for the price. I even had a fairly big tree branch fall on it and no rips or anything.

Sorry for the slight derail, OP.

I'm normal not big on big graphics, but those are pretty sweet. Where'd you get them from?
