TYC Headlights are the bomb!! Very happy now after trying some pretty but terrible after market ones, TYC even came with bulbs and the entire assembly (the back part) looks exactly like the originals, light pattern is good and uniform. Hopes this helps someone avoid getting bad lights..

What were the other headlights you tried that were terrible but pretty? That would help people avoid those particular lights.

Euro crystal headlights from extreme terrain, but I would guess anything other than the TYC is crap...

I had one of my headlights replaced with a TYC one two years ago when someone side-swiped me. I just noticed over this last summer the seal on it must have come apart because its always filling with water after car washes. I'd still buy them again but maybe something to watch out for.

I’ll watch for that, wouldn’t be hard to pop it off and run sealant around the edges...

I was happy with the ones I had. As I recall, they were $50.00 each from Amazon.

There is certainly a wide degree of garbage in aftermarket headlights. You might look at how TYC compares to OEM in post #2541 here. I'd recommend OEM if one can afford it for best performance.
