Turning signal light wire location to add 360 camera?

I have been looking for some time now and I can not for the love of god find the left signal and right signal wire near the kick panel. I have installed the 360 camera onto the mirror of a 2008 pre runner and I would like them to turn on whenever I use my blinkers. I can not tap into the blinking signal light in the front I assume because the power is pulsing and would case the camera to turn on and off. Does anyone know which wires I need to tap into to get constant power whenever the signal light is trigger on? I have seen a gen 3 do it by taping into 2 of the wires on the 32 pin near the kick panel on the driver side. It would trigger whenever the signal light turns on.

 

Add a relay that'll provide the required 12v DC steady input, have this relay actuated by the wires that select the turn signal to function (Left or Right) at the steering stalk light connector. (C11)

The wires on the video are pulsing turns, which you posted would not be what you wanted.
