I'm looking for someone that can help me with tuning a supercharged Tacoma with split second piggyback eco and 5th injector. I'm located in Southern California and I'm willing to pay someone for their time and knowledge. Thanks

You don't even need to disconnect it, there's no way to detect it through ODBII or full smog. Just make sure it's hidden in your dash.

I can help via messaging OP. You just need to let us know what you're struggling with.

I don't need to worry about getting it smogged. It can't pass anyway. I just need someone who can tune it for me. Thanks

Nothing to worry about. A handful full of guys with URD 7th injector (both 99 and under that require tail pipe sniff and 00+ with just obd port plug) passed without detection. Hell, even ov/kd tuned passed without detection.

Just found out you can take it to the Split Second shop in Santa Ana and they'll street tune it for $125.

That sounds like an hour of labor, which I can tell you 100% is not going to be an ideal tune from the street. You literally have to shut down the engine after every adjustment with these. And if you don't have an O2 simulator you have about less than 3 mins to log data before the ECU throws in a massive error wrench and you have to reset the battery.
