I'm trying to find the correct alignment specs but there's 2 different versions of the same model number of my truck. My truck model number is TRN245L-CRTSKA but there is also a "firm suspension" version. How do I tell if I have the firm suspension?

The toe-in specs are the same but caster is different.

I never did figure this out either. My assumption was that "firm" is anything not OR or Pro, and regular is OR and Pro. I have no way to confirm that though.

The reason I was looking was I put Sport wheels on my OR and wanted to see if I should align the truck differently for best results with the wheels. Never did figure it out though so I just slapped the wheels on and all was fine.

i had a 2020 SR 4x2 and now a 2021 SR 4x4 utility package and the suspension feels much firmer. I just have no idea how to tell which one i
have. i think the alignment shop got it wrong because my alignment is garbage right now. wanders all over the road and gets shaky above 60. got new tires and it's improved a little bit but something is clearly out of spec.

Just in case you're unaware, there are a lot of the same model numbers that could still be differently trimmed trucks. The reason for this is that in the second portion of the model code (in your case CRTSKA), the "Grade" (letter #4 so "S"), doesn't really differentiate between models. The options in that spot for a 3rd gen are S or L, which is "SR5" or "Limited". "SR5" includes the following trims: Base, SR, SR+, SR5, TRD Sport, OR, and Pro. Which is why there are two versions of suspension (firm or regular) for your model code.

What I'm getting at is that you could have both a Sport and OR (both known for having very different suspensions) and they could have the same model code if the transmission, cab, bed, etc are all the same. Even though their suspensions are very different. So that's why it's listed in there twice.

Still don't know which receive which suspension though and I really wish I knew. There is nothing about it being explained in the FSM. I've always heard that everything non-OR and non-Pro is Hitachi and is known to be "stiff", which is why I figured that's what Toyota refers to as "firm".

it definitely feels a lot firmer than my 2020 2wd that I had before it was totaled. but i rather know for sure. I wonder if there is a part number on the leaf pack.
