I got my OME BP51s from them. Best price I could find at the time.

 

I just made my first order from them. Everything seemed great until I got an update that my order was cancelled and refunded to paypal without any explanation. I mean no harm done but it would be nice to know why it got cancelled. I would guess that they're out of stock or something on their end since payment went through and was refunded. I tried to make contact but my calls go to voicemail and no reply on my email inquiry. Checked to make sure my info was correct and everything.

Update: They replied to my email inquiry, turns out they were out of stock even at the manufacturer. They were sincere in their reply and even suggested another retailer so that I could get what I need in a timely fashion. That's pretty commendable so I would definitely shop with them again.
