I apologize if this has been hashed out before but I couldn't find it so my question is:

The TRD exhaust is not the same that comes on the TRD Sport, Right?
I know my TRD Sport is super quiet. Is the Cat converter different also? Thanks for the education.

    nothing cool
There's OEM regular exhaust. And TRD exhaust. Both TRD off-road and TRD sport can have either the regular exhaust (quiet) or TRD exhaust (little louder). Just because either truck is a TRD doesn't mean it has the "TRD" exhaust.

My TRD sport came with the OEM exhaust but had the fancy exhaust tip on it. Thats just for looks. Get the TRD CAT back.

My TRD Sport came with a nice shiny large tip but it is super quiet, I'll have to save some coin and get the louder TRD exhaust. Looks like they are around $420.00 average with about $125.00 shipping.

Amazon! $476.01 shipped. They don't use UPS or Fedex, they have a delivery company bring it. Everything was perfect!

Oh, the easiest install I have ever done. If you have someone to work with you, it goes quick. I did it by myself in 15 minutes. Word of advice, leave the bubble wrap on the tip until you get it installed, and also drop the spare tire down before installing.

Use dish soap on the mounting pegs. The rubber mounts slide on really easy.

You may want to check out shoptrd.com, they have great prices and the shipping is reasonable IMO.

I just added the TRD Exhaust to mine and it looks great and sounds good.
