    Is there anyway to check the fluid of a transmission on an 06 tacoma sport.
    I couldn't see or find and dipstick.
    Thanks.

    "Sealed" is my understanding. I believe you unscrew the fill plug and if it leaks, just a little bit, from the fill plug hole, your transmission is full of fluid. I would rather have a dip stick. Would be much easier to check transmission fluid level with dip stick.

    Right. Wait, what temperature should my transmission fluid, or the ambient outside temperature be, when I check the transmission fluid level. Justus, I realize I'm somewhat ignorant about this, but things like this are important to know. Much like checking tire pressure when tires are cold and not hot. Help a brotha out here.
