From this parts list I'm unsure which part # is a tranny fill plug for my
    '13 v6 5At 4x4 Taco Base double cab.
    http://www.toyodiy.com/parts/p_U_201109_TOYOTA_TACOMA_GRN245L-CRADKA_3503.2.html?hl=35106A

    My best guesses are the
    PLUG, AUTOMATIC TRANSMISSION CASE (90341-A0001),

PLUG (FOR AUTOMATIC TRANSMISSION OIL PAN)(90341-10021),

PLUG (FOR AUTOMATIC TRANSMISSION CASE) (90341-14011), or

    PLUG SUB-ASSY, DRAIN (ATM) (90341-10011).
The dealership recommended I get the last option- a drain plug because they suspect it has the same threads & same o-ring as the fill plug.

Thank you. I hope to climb under her with a replacement plug for the stripped fill plug. Also fun fact the dealer I spoke to doesn't recommend flushing the tranny just drain & fill.

They suspect? They're the dealership. They should know.

I have a manual, so I don't know either. But the dealership? They should have the answer.

While I can’t tell you what the part number it is but I can tell you the fill plug is a lot larger than either of the tranny drain plugs. My dealership was hopeless as well . . . “the tranny is a sealed unit” until I suggested them to open up their parts catalog and take a look. They ordered me the wrong fill plug gasket so I reused the old one. Sorry can’t be of much help.

Looking at the exploded parts diagram I can say it is not the 90341-10021. Still looking to see if I can determine which one it IS.

The fill plug is towards the tail of the transmission on the passenger side. I can’t remember for sure, but I’m thinking it uses a 22mm socket, way bigger than the drain plug. Fill plug uses a rubber o-ring, drain plug uses a washer.

The OP was looking for the correct part number for the fill plug, not the location of it on the transmission.

Don't know the part#, but the fill plug is an M18 X 1.5 pitch X 10mm long bolt. Any such size bolt with a crush washer will work.

This that and the other thing.
I ran into the same thing, I was asking about gaskets for the drain and fill plug, he found the drain plug gasket no problem and couldn't find the fill plug haha he says, "don't u just fill it through the dip tube?" I then explained about how our transmissions don't have one, yada yada, I didn't stick around to figure it out. I had looked a little on here as well and I couldn't find a straight answer for a part # hahaha I guess everyone on here doing drain and fills just re-use the old one?

I reused mine in my manual tranny when I changed the fluid. I'm due for another , but it can wait until spring.

Well since I found this forum by googling information about my 2011 Toyota Tacoma 4x4 automatic transmission, and this subject because I needed to know how to refill my "sealed" transmission with no dipstick. I thought I would add what I found and did to refill my transmission.

The guys that posted the fill plug is a 24mm on the passenger side are correct, it also is a 15/16" either size will work but it must be a SHORT socket.

The transmission pan has a drain bolt, and a TORX overfill bolt. Haynes manual states to have the trans. at operating temperature, while running, remove the overflow bolt and the fill bolt ( I would do this when exhaust is cool) and fill the transmission until fluid drips out the overflow hole. Also the fluid was only available at Toyota known as ATF WS. I used a 3/8 poly tubing line inserted into the fill hole and carefully placed along the body up thru the engine bay, where I connected a screw on 1 quart spout from Autozone and inserted the poly tube into the spout tube. Worked great.

Hope this additional info helps someone in the future.
