Transmission Breather Tube Location

    Does anyone have a good picture for where the manual transmission breather tube is secured to? I noticed mine was hanging down and cannot see anywhere that it would be held in place.

    OP, no pic but it terminates and is attached to the top of the bell housing, near the very top. You might be able to reattach if you remove the center console from inside the cab but I am not 100% sure about that.

    The breather is pressed into the housing itself, not connected any any tube.

    bilstein 5100 cranked up
    Just did this on a friends truck last night, there’s a bracket on one of bolts for the transmission on the highest point of the trans, you should be able to reach up from the driver side and reattach it, it just clips in.
