    Welcome to the Forum !!

These were attached to a factory bumper not after market??

Have you checked your local or online Toyota Dealer?

That should be a dealer part.

No doubt cheaper to just make your own.

One other thing you need to consider (I went through this exact issue 3 ish years ago) is the condition of your bumper. As you can see from the image below my stock bumper was pretty rusted. It had not penetrated the chrome on the other side so I tried to wire wheel, rustoleum and wool wax. It did not work, about a year and a half it rusted through. So if you even think you might need a new bumper, and want something other than stock, you might want to go that way now and use the money you will be spending on the Reinforcement Beam to offset the cost of the new bumper. I will try and find the image of my new bumper, it allows the use of the OEM Class 4 hitch.IMG_0538.jpg
Here is the new bumper image (Body Armor rear bumper, keeping OEM Class 4 hitch)

Edit: As a side note I found a OEM hitch to replace my rusted on for about $75 + $65 shipping from a junk yard. I tried to wire wheel mine but it was taking way to long to do it correctly, and way too much material was coming off.
