Apologies, I couldn't find a thread on this. Does anyone have pricing information on Toyota Care Plus?

    SR5 V6 4X4

    It comes in these flavors:

    3 Years or 35,000 Miles/45,000 Miles

    4 years or 45,000 Miles/60,000 Miles

    5 years or 55,000 Miles/75,000 Miles

I shouldn't have done it, but I bought 5 years, 55,000 miles, for nearly $1,800.

Based on what I've learned from other threads about the extended warranty pricing, I'm trying to figure out what others are paying because I probably got severely ripped off on this maintenance package. But I have plenty of time to cancel.

I suspect that I did well on the purchase price, but they stole it back on these items.

I'm angry the jerk never told me I had two years of free maintenance. So this only extended that to 5 years or 55,000 miles.

He put me on the 55k plan. That makes sense now if plugs are needed at 60k. The guy was a smiling scammer.

You will have to read your contract to see what exactly is covered based on your vehicle, then do the math. Below is all the big stuff between 0-55,000 miles. You may also be able to call them and get it extended to the 75,000 mark if you want the additional 60K items covered. Did they already include the 24/25,000 plan with your vehicle, and you purchased the 5/55,000 on top of that?

The link says "Any additional services listed in your vehicle's scheduled maintenance guide, under normal driving conditions." Call the dealer and have them quote you each item.

This thread shows the maintenance required per the manual:
    https://www.tacomaworld.com/threads/3rd-gen-maintenance-maps-get-300k-miles.789809/

    Engin Oil 10K
    Tire rotation 5K
    Rear diff 30K
    Front diff 30K

60K mark that is short of the plan you bought:
    Spark plugs 60K
    Rear diff 60K
    Front diff 60K
    Transfer case 60K

If you want an exact "fair" price email Jerry, jerryj@midwestsuperstore.com
    https://www.tacomaworld.com/threads/toyota-extended-warranty-plan-purchase.791269/
Jerry would probably be able to tell you if you could cancel and repurchase.

Dude, you need to cancel that stupid purchase right now! And unless you are too old or physically unable to do so, learn to do your own maintenance. It's not that hard! And if you have to buy some basic tools, they will pay for themselves the first time you use them. Good luck and....

    Carry on!
