    Found this on Amazon:
    https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B09F2YS9V3

There's this one, and another one called Bomely I believe. Since it's 15 watts it should be significantly faster than the OEM one which is nearly useless, but I have a few questions.

-Does anybody have experience with these?
    -Does it actually work?
-Have you recently had to make a fire claim for your truck?
-How well does it work? (any bubbling issues, centering issues, case issues)

I have no experience with that one but have had 2 Tacomas with the OEM induction chargers and weren't satisfied with the operation of either. Some cell phone/cell phone case combinations just do not work with them.

In their marketing materials they use the Apple Watch charging logo on the iPhone, unless that was an OS change for the iPhone 13 I wasn’t aware of.

I knew someone would make this. I was hoping it wouldn't be "HER":goingcrazy: The OEM one doesn't work on my Iphone 12max with a Poetic case. I was thinking of modifying the OEM one with a wireless fast charging pad somehow. I just ordered one. I'll review it when installed.

Post up the install and pix, as well as what you think of it here. If I can buy one sometime soon I'll do the same. Really interested in seeing how it performs.

Added the pdf for the front box uninstall/reinstall for posterity.

Thank you! If I can get one I'll post up a review here. I didn't see a thread on this product so hopefully we can get one going here.

It's not gonna catch fire unless you hook it up wrong. Stuff isn't like that anymore. Almost every story you hear is user error that they want to blame someone. It may just stop working but it's not going to burn your house down.

Wireless chargers in our trucks are useless because the headunit doesnt take wireless carplay or android auto. So for me, the phone is wired in at ll times anyway.

Crap generic batteries I'd be worried about since I can't always watch them....but a generic wireless charger I wouldn't worry about since it's just sitting there not drawing power especially if the qi button is off. The phone itself should protect itself from overcharge too. So I wouldn't worry much about the charger itself.

Android Auto (same as Apple Carplay) is the software interface between an android phone and the head unit. It projects stuff like waze on there, reads texts, etc. Most 20+ Tacomas come with it. Just plug the phone in and it pops up.

I use my wireless charging at home everyday if I could have that capability in my truck again that would be nice
