I just got a 2005 Toyota Tacoma Prerunner 4wd. I was wondering how it was 4wd and a prerunner? Does this mean somebody converted it? If so when i order a lift kit should i order it for a Prerunner or 4wd?

Welcome to TW! Where are you in Georgia? Do you have a switch for 4WD on the dash to the left of the radio? Do you have a front driveshaft? That my friend will give you the answer.

Yep order 4wd parts, as long as you have the 4hi 4lo switch on the dash, a prerunner wouldnt have that.
