I've ran Moogs and the bushings were installed. If I remember correctly, the Toyota factory ones come fully assembled as well.

Based on the parts diagram the control arm comes with both bushings and the ball joint.

Yes the lower control arms come with bushings and ball joints.

And buying new OEM lower control arms from the dealer is the only way to get new lower ball joints.

That is unless of course you buy ones from outside the US market. There's an eBay reseller who buys OEM lower ball joints from the dealer over in the United Arab Emirates, I highly recommend him as not only did he send me the correct ball joints the first time, unlike the US reseller, they were cheaper by a couple bucks and believe it or not they also arrived 4 days faster than the ones that were being shipped to me three states over, which again ended up being the wrong ones, the ones I were sent were upper ball joints for a venza, they didn't even look anything like what was pictured and the part number was obviously different.

    But I digress.

If it's just your bushings that are shot, why not just replace them with energy suspension polyurethane bushings?

I ran Moogs for a while too. Seemed to be OEM quality.

Tried to just replace the bushings, lessons learned:
    1) It's a pain in the ass to remove the old bushings. @Bigdaddy4760 and I spent several hours on Friday working to get them replaced.
    2) It's not any easier to put in the new ones. Even with freezing the new ones and heating the LCA, you still need a press. We tried using a bolt and got one in, but we were definitely fighting it.

Ultimately, we discovered one of the eyes was bent out of round on the LCA, so it wouldn't accept a bushing anyway.
It's possible it's the LBJ that's actually contributing to the noise, but I don't think so. I've already ruled out the UCA.
