Below is the only copy my dealership who did the frame inspection could produce.

I asked service if they had any other documents as this does not tell me anything as to what were the results of the below inspections.

I do not know any place that does an inspection that cannot produce a defect list stating what was found to be wrong or correct on a post inspection report.
I suspect the dealer just does not want to give it to me or never produced the post inspection report at all. If they did not produce frame report of what was found to be ok then that does not look good for them.
    What do you all think?

    For You, Pass Or Fail
The exact severity of the rust is electronically documented and sent to Toyota.
If there were holes in frame you would be told. There is no documentation for the owner?
Then arrangements would be mad to have it sprayed if you haven’t had it done already.

Im not in a rust belt or salt state though, so how does this affect the inspection report? My understand is that if you were not in a salt state you did not get the CRC treatment sprayed on.

So the exact severity is electronically recorded? So Toyota has photos of how bad it was at the time of inspection ??

There are sample pictures and we match the pictures to our visual inspection and check that box off and then we send it off to Toyota. I couldn’t visually see if you were in the salt belt so I was just going by Maine procedure

So based on your experience (in Maine dealerships) no actual picture of the consumers frame is ever actually taken and delivered to Toyota Inc ?

    Cell bill ??

    This sums it up nicely.

What most fail to understand is that rust isn’t what makes the frame fail inspection.
It’s rust perforation of the frame. And it must be of a 10mm size or larger.
Not only that, depending on year/model, it need to be in a certain area. The whole frame is covered/inspected.

It's pass or fail. It's a class action law suit, we can't speculate or mention rust spots that are anything but perforations. If it was a fail there would have been a frame ordered.

Do not, I repeat do not, do anything to try and make a hole. They will fail that frame instantly for assistance.
