I am trying to get a little more height on my truck without changing my shocks right now. What are the biggest tires I can fit without rubbing/problems on a stock suspension pro, while keeping the stock rims? And what other options do I have if any, to get more height without getting new shocks/coilovers?

P.S. besides getting a taller tire, I would like to go a little wider too.

Going from 265/70/16 to 265/75/16 will give you another inch.

Others will have to chime in about that. Keep in mind taller and wider tires will affect your MPG.

Little bit of this and a little bit of that but stock af.
You can definitely go taller but how much are you willing to cut? To go wider, either different off set wheel or wheel spacers. However by doing so you may need more cutting. In the end yes it will fit if you are willing to some :sawzall:

I don't want to cut, I think im going to do 265/75/16. unless I could do 275/75/16 without it rubbing.

Not likely as they are nearly 3 inches taller than stock.
