I'm changing my build, going bigger to compensate for the smaller things in my life. ;)

They'll fit, that's what I'm running, and I don't even have the cab mount chop.

:bananadance: seriously? that's awesome!! I lifted my truck with 887s on 5100s and light racing uca but my stock wheels make me feel like I gained no height so I want bigger but I was torn between 285/70/17 or smaller like 265/75/17. Just worried that Ill have problems with trimming and angles and price of tires.

Ah! I didn't notice you had stock wheels. I'm running aftermarket wheels with a different offset, that will play into if you can fit those 285/70/17's.

Also I did do a little bit of trimming, but it took me all of 20 minutes. Now I don't rub at all.

I plan on throwing some spacers on if budget doesn't allow some methods! what kinda offset and back spacing do you have?

Just save a little longer and get the methods! Otherwise you're spending 100-200 on spacers when you could of bought a wheel or two.

I wish I had the offset and backspacing information for ya. I went to Discount Tire and they did all the work, including finding the correct wheel. However even if you're not a customer of theirs, call them. I call the Port Angeles, WA store (I live in Puerto Rico now) and ask them questions all the time. The guys there are very knowledgeable and helpful.

Also, more free bumps for the OP!
