towing a small fifth wheel

can a tacoma with a tow package be used for a small fifth wheel? i am thinking about a 25' or less.

 

Tow package is 6500 lbs. Im not sure about how you would mount the 5th wheel attachments to the frame or if that would change the towing capacity or not.

 

Last year on a trip I saw a tacoma with a 5th wheel scamp.

Didn't get close enough to see the hitch for the 5th wheel or talk to the owner on how well it was towing.
