I've been having a rattle coming from the back of the truck. Figured it was my handyman on the swing out. However when I investigated today I learned it was the front passenger bed bolt.

So I'm gonna tighten it up, but does anyone know the correct torque spec on this bolt?

    60ft-lb.

If the bed is still loose after torquing, you can put a HD piece of rubber between the frame and bed. Don't grind down the sleeve.

Sorry to hear that. The bed wear was discussed in the 2nd Gen forum.

Kinda strange, my second gen never had this issue. And I wheeled it hard also. I'll try the rubber spacer fix and hope for the best.
