Hey guys and gals, quick question to see if anyone prefers one over the other front leveling kits both basically look the same and only a few dollars difference in price. Going on my 5 lug 1st gen and going to see if I can squeeze some 265/75r15 tires on the stock rims lol.

If anyone has any input please let me know need new tires asap and the little 205s need a little upgrade. No off-roading just daily commute to work and bigger tires and level kit is Strickly for looks the front end sags terribly from the back and tires are tiny lol thanks and will post pics here in a week or two once complete!

Jamming spacers in old sagged coils is just going to ride like crap. Head over to the 5 lug sub forum and ask what folks are using for replacement front coil springs. 5 Lug | Tacoma World

Keep in mind, that basically anything you touch on the front end will need to be replaced at this point, especially if you live in a rust prone region. Bushings, bearings, tie rods, etc...

As for the tire size- are you ok with the mpg hit and gearing? 32s are a big jump.

10-4 I’ll try but also 5 lug category is pretty broad with all gens and there is also 4 cylinder forum just didn’t know where to post coils have been replaced with bilsteins and did u joints already and rides the exact same as my stock 350k mile stock shocks that were on it… and ain’t worried about mpg or any thing like that just trying to give it some curb appeal with an AT tire. Appreciate your input!

    o_O

Bilstein makes shocks, not coil springs.

A 5 lug truck doesn't have the same coilover suspension as the 6 lugs. But either way, springs and shocks can be changed independently of each other.

In any case, the 5 lug sub forum should be able to help you with the lift.
