Top bolt size for fox 2.5 coil over

So I just installed my drive side fox coilover 2.5 but for some reason the bolts don’t fit on the top. They aren’t the right size for the coilover.
If anyone knows what size bolts or website to order them from would be very helpful.

 

No that was going to be my next step tomorrow
I figure I get some answers today on this page
so I can just order them

 

Not sure if the Fox's are the same but the Kings we run on our rigs are 3/8"-16x about 1" long. Could grab a couple at Home Depot and try them at least

Call Fox and ask them for the PN for those bolts. Then you can look it up and buy it. You might even able to find it at ACE hardware if they are standard bolts size.

You should post up the bolt specs for others in case someone else in the same situation you were in searches for this information on here.

Did you get them from FOX? What kind of Tacoma do you have? Mine will be shipped in about 5 weeks. I’m putting them on my PreRunner

 

Ok darth if you bought the 2.5 coilover then it should come with everything as far as the nuts and nuts
Each shock will have a L or R on top of the hat
They come pre set at 2inch high
It’s up to you how you get them set up for
I got my set at 3inch
Always everything pretty much easy to install
You’ll run in a problem inserting the bottom part of the coilover in to the lower control arm
So when you try to insert it make sure you squeeze the sleeve or bushing
The silver piece and it’ll slip in
And use the bolts for the top at

@Efrenngalindo you want a max of 21" from top hap to center of coilover eyelet. Exceeding this degrades the CO performance. This has been mentioned a few times in the thread below. For me that put me at 2.5" lift height (or 1.5" above stock on a third gen).
