To those with aftermarket TRD Sport/OR badges, did you use two sided tape?

Just ordered some TRD Sport badges and have seen people talking about them not being very sticky. The tape that came with mine seems really sticky honestly. But I was considering using 3M auto adhesive tape for peace of mind.

I know some people point out that there is minimal contact on the back as it is ribbed and not flat. Are OEM TRD Pro badges flat?

Here is a video of what I saw for reference but really don’t like the idea of using the liquid glue on a brand new truck lol.

Other option is to liquid glue emblem to the tape which kinda seems silly?

The emblem will discolor from the sun before 3m tape will fall off

Lol well I’m not worried about the tape falling of the vehicle, more about the emblem falling off the tape. But I have heard great things about the 3M tape so hopefully it will stick even with minimal contact as seen in the video.

Which tape did you guys get? Amazon has a couple of them that imply they are for automotive use.

I Removed the tape that came with it and replaced it with magnets sheets ,use gorilla glue on the magnets to stick very well, holds very good and I can remove them anytime I want to
